What is included in the price?
Request a written quote for your route. Vehicle class, parking, tolls, waiting allowance, extra stops and cancellation terms are confirmed before arrangements. Specific models, English-speaking drivers and VIP concierge require separate confirmation and may cost extra.
Can you arrange VIP concierge or a private charter?
Choose Private charter in the form for a custom itinerary. For optional VIP concierge, add a request under special requests. Airport, flight, eligibility, exact services and price must be checked with a partner. No fast-track immigration, security clearance, lounge access or processing time is promised.
Where will I meet the driver?
For arrivals, request a name board at an agreed public meeting point after immigration and baggage collection. The exact location and contact procedure must be confirmed before travel.
What if my flight changes?
Share your flight number and advise us of changes. Flight tracking, waiting time and delay handling will be discussed in your quote; unlimited waiting is not included by default.
Can I book or pay here?
No. This website only prepares inquiries. Availability, service provider details and terms must be checked separately. No online bookings or payments are accepted.
Can I request a specific vehicle or English-speaking driver?
Yes. Both are requests subject to availability and possible additional charges, confirmed in writing. Standard dispatch does not guarantee a specific model.

When you submit, your trip and contact details are sent securely to our server and emailed to Chenming Liang at shanghai-transfer@mail.grokbot.com to respond to your inquiry. Our hosting and email providers process this information to deliver the message. The website does not keep a separate inquiry database; sent emails are retained for follow-up. Temporary request identifiers and connection information help prevent abuse. No advertising analytics or tracking cookies are used. Do not include passport, payment or sensitive medical details.
